Dock 0: Innovation in Office Buildings

Qualis Development will develop Dique 0 - Ciudad Empresarial Urbana (Dock 0 – Urban Business City): a new trend regarding office buildings for rent as Dock 0 will become the first South American Urban Business City. This project will be built under LEED standards and will require an investment of more than USD 65 million.

Qualis Development (QD), which is a developer recording years of experience in real estate administration, management and design, has launched its new market project which introduces a new office buildings trend: Dock 0 – Urban Business City.

The project will be developed in the former 70,000 sq m. premises of the meat processing plant Pampa, thus recovering and recycling the southern access area to the City of Buenos Aires. It is estimated that this new project will require an investment of USD 65 million. Besides, it represents a new trend regarding office buildings for rent in our country offering contemporary style offices, cutting edge design and comfortable environment. Thus, Dock 0 – Urban Business City will become a unique and original proposal.

Offices will face Río de la Plata River and the City and will offer excellent services to the employees. It is an attractive option for those that need big spaces in the City offering services that will guarantee comfort to its inhabitants. It will have a convention center, extra halls and all the services offered by AAA office buildings. Moreover, Dock 0 – Urban Business City will have other amenities, such as restaurants, shops, entertainment areas, chemist, hairdresser, bookshop, mini – market, gym, among other services.

Qualis Development has hired GENSLER, the American architecture office, in order to comply with LEED certification standards. Guido Wainstein, Qualis Development Director said: "It is a big challenge to undertake a project of this magnitude. We have chosen GENSLER to turn this unique project, Dock 0, into a reality as it is the most experienced team in LEED certification worldwide."
